bench press ne power dikhayi, incline ne upper chest jala di, aur tricep pushdowns ne lockout tak sach dikha diya 😮💨🔥
Push karte waqt sirf weight nahi, self-doubt bhi peeche chhoot raha hai.
Chest kaam kar rahi hai, triceps ke saath confidence bhi tight ho raha hai 💪
Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai, par strength build ho rahi hai — kyunki jo push karta hai,
wahi aage nikalta hai 💯
